About the font Petersburg Bold Cyrillic

Petersburg Bold Cyrillic is a bold Didone serif with Cyrillic and Latin: thick vertical stems against hairline horizontals and flat hairline serifs, strictly vertical stress and large round letterforms. The lowercase is heavy but elegant, and the figures are tall and crisp.

The name evokes the elegance of imperial St. Petersburg, and the design suits headlines, covers, posters, luxury and fashion branding and literary titles at a large size. The hairlines may thin out at small sizes or on screens, so use the bold weight for display rather than for continuous text.
