About the font TimesET

TimesET is a Cyrillic-capable serif in the style of Times New Roman: a compact, narrow-set transitional text face with bracketed serifs, clear contrast between thick and thin strokes, and an economical width that fits a lot of text on a page. The preview shows standard capitals, lowercase, figures and punctuation, and the category list marks Latin, Cyrillic and Russian.

Its virtue is familiarity: letters, reports, essays, theses, books, newspapers and official forms where a conventional, sober look is expected. It is not a face for strong branding or display work.
