About the font Mysl Bold Cyrillic

Mysl Bold Cyrillic is a bold old-style serif with Cyrillic and Latin, in the Garamond and Renaissance tradition. The letters have calligraphic stress, bracketed serifs, a moderate x-height and slightly varied widths, and the bold weight keeps a warm, bookish colour. The name means thought in Russian.

The dark, humanist drawing works for headings, subheads, emphasis within a book setting, invitations and elegant packaging in Russian and Latin-script languages. Next to the regular and italic cuts of the same family, the bold gives a clear typographic hierarchy without losing the classical tone.
