About the font Bauhaus Bold Italic

Bauhaus Bold Italic is a bold, slanted geometric sans-serif built on circles and straight lines in the spirit of the 1920s Bauhaus school. Round letters are near-perfect circles, the strokes are even and the bowls open, while the capitals stay wide and the slant gives them a dynamic push. Latin only.

It has a modern, design-conscious look and a rhythm of headlines in posters and magazines. It suits headings, logos, packaging and short messages at a medium and large size. For long text the wide forms and heavy weight are tiring, and the slant makes tight lines less even.
