About the font AGPresquire Bold Oblique

AGPresquire Bold Oblique is a wide, bold serif slanted to the right, with flat wedge-shaped serifs, moderate contrast and sturdy, slightly squared curves, reminiscent of display faces from the mid 20th century. The oblique keeps the forms of the roman rather than redrawing them, the figures are chunky and clear, and Cyrillic is covered together with Latin.

The tone is strong, confident and a little retro, close to magazine headlines, advertising and packaging of that era. It suits titles, subheadings, shop and product names and emphasis in a layout with a vintage or industrial flavour. In long text the weight and width are tiring, so it is best used for short bold statements.
