About the font AGPalatial BoldItalic

AGPalatial BoldItalic is a bold italic in the manner of Palatino, the Renaissance-inspired serif by Hermann Zapf, with Cyrillic. The letters keep the calligraphic, broad-nib flow: wide capitals, rounded bowls and a lively slant with sharp terminals.

The weight is strong yet still elegant, so it works for subheads, emphasis in a book set in a Palatino-style roman, quotes and cover titles. As the name suggests, it is an AG version, a Cyrillic adaptation of this classic model, so Russian lines match the Latin ones.
