About the font AGPresquire

AGPresquire is a calm, light serif with open, slightly flared letterforms and small, soft serifs, close to the humanist and Latin type tradition rather than strict Times-style text faces. The stems are of even weight, the lowercase is wide with a moderate x-height, and the capitals are classical in proportion. Latin and Cyrillic are both marked, and the preview shows a clean Latin set with plain figures.

The tone is quiet and a little old-fashioned, fitting invitations, certificates, book covers, menus, short quotations and captions. In paragraphs it reads comfortably at a medium size, though the light weight can look pale on weak screens. It gives few opportunities for emphasis, so a bolder companion is needed for strong titles.
