About the font Viking Stencil

Viking Stencil is a heavy art-deco stencil font by Erwin Denissen of High-Logic, tagged Brand fonts, Latin only. The capitals are wide, black and geometric, with angular cut-outs, wedge shapes and breaks in the strokes, so each letter looks cut from a solid block. The lowercase repeats the capitals in a smaller size, and the digits follow the same bold, patterned style.

The strong silhouette suits posters, logos, packaging, shop signs and punchy headlines with a 1920s to 1930s flavour or a rugged industrial feel. The cuts make some letters ambiguous in long words, so use it for short, large text. No Cyrillic. The file is small, at 19 Kb.
