About the font ProunX Bold

ProunX Bold is a blocky, constructivist-looking display face with Cyrillic support, built from heavy rectangular strokes with sheared and notched corners. The letters are wide and flat, the counters tiny, and the same letters recur in the Latin and Cyrillic rows of the preview, so the Cyrillic alphabet is fully drawn. The figures are chunky, and the symbols are mostly clear.

The forms recall geometric avant-garde posters and early industrial design, with a mechanical, uncompromising feel. It suits headlines, posters, music and exhibition titles, techno and electronic branding, and short bold slogans in Latin and Cyrillic. The dense blocks and small counters tire the eye in long text, so use it for large, short lines with generous spacing.
