About the font Parseltongue

Parseltongue is a tall, condensed, gothic-flavoured display face with a mystical mood. The capitals are thin, with long pointed serifs and sharp thin-to-thick transitions, and some letters such as H and I overlap in the preview.

The name suggests the snake language of wizard stories, but the font file does not say who designed it, so only the look is described. It suits fantasy titles, gothic posters and invitations to themed events; set it large, since small sizes lose the thin hairlines.
