About the font Lazurski Bold Italic

Lazurski Bold Italic is a bold italic serif with Latin and Cyrillic and a Russian set. The name points to the school of Russian type design. In the bold italic the strokes are sturdy, the serifs firm and the slant lively, giving an emphatic, text-like voice that stays readable at modest sizes. The preview was not examined in detail, and no designer is given in the data.

It works for emphasis, subheadings, captions, quotations and strong short headlines in books, periodicals and reports, next to an upright companion. A whole page in bold italic is heavy, so use it in short stretches.
