About the font Informal 011 BT

Informal 011 BT is a heavy casual sans with pointed, flared strokes: stems swell slightly toward the ends and finish in sharp, chisel-like cuts, the letters are wide and sturdy, and the lowercase is large and friendly with small irregularities, as if cut by hand. The figures are chunky, and the punctuation set is full. Only Latin letters are listed.

The informal, slightly archaic look is good for headlines, shop signs, restaurant and cafe menus, packaging, posters and event titles that need a handmade warmth without becoming decorative. It carries well in short lines at a large size. The weight is heavy for long paragraphs, so use it for titles and labels, with a calmer face for the main text.
