About the font GaramondCTT

GaramondCTT is a classical old-style serif in the Garamond tradition, of the kind used for books since the sixteenth century: light, graceful strokes with moderate contrast, small open counters, slightly angled bracketed serifs and a calm, even texture on the line. The preview shows the Latin set, and the categories list Cyrillic and Russian, which is useful for classic Russian typesetting.

The quiet, elegant tone suits literary works, poetry, essays, invitations, menus, certificates and long reading in print. It has no showy features, which is its strength. On screen at small sizes the fine serifs can look thin, so a slightly larger size helps.
