About the font GaramondBookCTT

GaramondBookCTT is a Garamond-style book serif in a regular weight, with Latin and Cyrillic coverage and a Russian set. It follows the classic Renaissance model: moderate contrast, small x-height, bracketed serifs, sharp, slightly angled joins and an even, calm texture on the page. No designer is listed in the data, so it is best treated as one of the many Garamond revivals.

The small x-height and delicate hairlines make it a text face for printed books, essays, literary magazines and invitations, where it reads warmly at 10 to 12 pt. On screens at small sizes the thin parts can look faint, and for large display work it feels reserved rather than striking.
