About the font DS-Terminal

DS-Terminal imitates the raster output of an old terminal or LCD display. Each letter is made of horizontal scan lines, so the strokes look striped, and the glyphs are wide, bold and blocky. The lowercase is a smaller version of the same pixel style, and digits and punctuation are in the same striped look. It is listed among LCD fonts and is Latin only.

The retro-computer flavour suits technology and gaming themes, console and terminal style interfaces, posters, headings and short labels at a large size. At small sizes the scan lines merge into noise and the text can shimmer, so it is a poor choice for body text. Use a light colour on a dark background for the best effect.
