About the font Decree Narrow

Decree Narrow is a condensed, heavy Western-style display face by Ivan D. Zeifert, with Latin and Cyrillic. Despite the Thin label in its style name, the strokes are thick and the capitals are tall and narrow, with flat slab serifs and rectangular letter forms. The lowercase repeats the capitals as small caps.

The look is of old wanted posters and wooden type, strong and compact. It fits posters, labels, headlines and Western or vintage themes where many words must fit in a narrow space, in English or Russian.
