About the font AGKornelia

AGKornelia is a light serif with Latin and Cyrillic, in the glyphic manner, where the letters keep an open, humanist skeleton and carry only tiny wedge-like serifs. The stems widen very gently toward the ends, the capitals are classical and wide, and the lowercase is clear and open with a moderate x-height. The figures are plain and legible, and the preview shows the full set cleanly.

The tone is calm, cultured and quietly formal, between an inscription and a book face. It suits invitations, certificates, programme notes, museum labels, captions and headings that should sound polite and unhurried, and it can serve for short passages of text. The light weight lacks the impact for loud layouts, and at very small sizes the delicate serifs almost vanish.
