About the font ABC_TypeWriterRussian

ABC_TypeWriterRussian is a typewriter-style monospaced face with Latin and Cyrillic, tagged as typescript. Letters are thin and slightly uneven, with slab serifs, and every character takes the same width, so narrow letters such as i and l get wide serifs to fill their space; the figures include a 1 and 0 as on a real machine.

It imitates a typed page, which makes it a good match for correspondence, case files, screenplays, documents, labels and anything with a bureaucratic or detective mood. Because of the fixed width, it is better for short typed lines, forms and code snippets than for flowing book text.
