About the font a_AntiqueGr

a_AntiqueGr is an old-style serif text face with moderate contrast, bracketed serifs and a slightly rounded, bookish lowercase, in the spirit of the Times and Baskerville tradition. In the preview the letters appear to have a faint outline or soft edge, which fits its Outline and Decorative tags. The set has Latin capitals, lowercase and lining figures, and the categories also list Cyrillic and Russian.

The tone is classical and a bit antique, hence the name: invitations, certificates, bookplates, restaurant menus and quotations. It works best at a medium to large size where the soft outline is visible. At very small sizes the outline blurs the thin strokes, so for long body text a plain serif is more reliable.
