About the font Zanesennyj

Zanesennyj is a decorative display face whose name means snow-covered, in the manner of the Russian word. Its letters are heavy, narrow and blocky, and each one carries a lumpy white cap of snow along the top, as if the font had stood out in a blizzard. In the preview the Cyrillic alphabet is shown, and a large number of punctuation marks and symbols appear as empty boxes; Latin is listed too.

The winter, folk-tale mood suits New Year and Christmas posters, winter sale banners, festive packaging, greeting cards and seasonal event titles at a large size. The dense shapes and white caps fill in at small sizes, and long words become cluttered, so keep it for short seasonal headlines.
