About the font Xirod

Xirod is an extended sci-fi display face: very wide capitals built from straight strokes and rounded-rectangle shapes, with flat horizontal terminals and a sleek, aerodynamic feel. The lowercase repeats the capitals in the same wide forms, the figures are wide and bold, and the punctuation is full. It is listed among fonts from films, with Latin letters only.

The futuristic, game-console look suits space and science-fiction titles, game interfaces, tech and gaming brands, esports graphics, electronic music posters and film credits. It reads well in large, short words and in a few headings, with generous letterspacing. The extreme width makes lines long quickly and tiring in sentences, so keep it for titles and labels.
