About the font Xenia Extended Cyrillic

Xenia Extended Cyrillic is a heavy, wide slab serif in the Clarendon manner, with Cyrillic. The letters are broad and sturdy, with thick bracketed serifs, strong stems and a large x-height; the figures are bold and legible, and the Cyrillic letters share the same weight and construction.

The extended, black forms make it a typical newspaper and poster headline face: it works for headlines, advertising, packaging, shop signs and book covers with a classic feel. At small sizes the dense colour is heavy, so keep it for large and short lines.
