About the font Ticker Tape

Ticker Tape is a light geometric sans serif with Cyrillic and Latin, built from monolinear strokes and near-perfect circles. The capitals are wide with a classical, Art Deco feel, the lowercase is airy, with a single-storey a, and the figures are slim. The overall rhythm is open and airy, with a slight retro flavour of the twenties and thirties.

It suits fashion and design titles, packaging, boutique signs, posters and short texts where a light, elegant, retro-modern look is wanted, in Russian as well as Latin. Set it generously spaced at medium and large sizes. The thin strokes weaken at small sizes and on busy backgrounds.
