About the font Rublik

Rublik is an art font by Alex Grigoriev, a heavy capitals-only style with the character of rough hand cutting. The letters are blocky and slightly wedge-shaped, with angled, chipped edges and uneven stroke thickness, as if cut from linoleum or stencilled by hand. Latin and Cyrillic are covered, with a Russian set, and some symbols are missing in the preview.

It carries a raw, constructivist and poster-like voice, close to protest graphics, street posters, band logos and short slogans. It suits large headlines in capitals, where the rough cut has impact. At small sizes the edges close up and long text is exhausting, so use it for a few words.
