About the font ROCKY AOE

ROCKY AOE is a horror display face by Brian J. Bonislawsky of Astigmatic: thick, heavy letters with slime-like drips hanging from every baseline and top edge, as if the type were made of melting tar or fresh blood. The capitals and lowercase are the same size and share the dripping outline, and even the punctuation and figures carry the gooey look. The set is Latin only.

It calls for B-movie posters, Halloween invitations, haunted-house and zombie-themed designs, game covers and metal or punk flyers. The drips make it unreadable in small sizes and long words, so use it large, in short names, with a dark background that lets the shapes stand out.
