About the font Parsek Normal

Parsek Normal Cyrillic is a fast brush-pen script with Cyrillic and Latin, in the vein of the mid-century signwriter scripts. The strokes are bold at the downstrokes and thin at the joins, the letters slant forward and link in a lively, continuous line, and the capitals carry short, energetic flourishes. The lowercase is compact, the figures are slanted, and the set is complete.

It works for logos, signage, labels, menus, cards and headings with a retro, friendly character, in Russian as well as Latin. Set it in mixed case at a medium or large size. All capitals lose the connected flow, and for long paragraphs the narrow, slanted forms make the text dense and tiring.
