About the font Ogilvie Cyr

Ogilvie Cyr is a quirky art display face with Cyrillic: tall, very thin, spidery letters drawn with hairlines and tiny ball-like endings, with spiky, fork-like terminals and elongated, narrow forms, so the alphabet looks like a delicate wire sculpture. The preview shows capitals, lowercase, figures and a few symbols, with several punctuation marks as odd shapes; the categories list Art fonts.

The eccentric, slightly gothic and playful look suits posters for art events, theatre and music, fashion and experimental branding, album covers and short titles. The hairlines disappear at small sizes and the unusual forms need a calm background, so use large and short lines, never body text.
