About the font KarollaCTT

KarollaCTT is a condensed brush-pen face with a calligraphic character: the strokes swell and taper with the movement of a broad brush, the capitals carry lively flicks and curved terminals, and the lowercase keeps the same leaning energy while staying readable. The figures are bold and compact, and Cyrillic is covered together with Latin, although a few symbols in the preview are shown as empty squares.

The mood is hand-lettered, warm and slightly retro, like a bakery sign, a folk-festival poster or a wine label. It works for headings, logos, packaging and short phrases at medium and large sizes. It does not suit long passages in small text, where the swelling strokes thicken, and the missing symbols should be checked before use.
