About the font Karina Black Italic

Karina Black Italic is a heavy slanted decorative serif with Cyrillic support. On the preview it looks a lot like a bold bookish roman tilted forward, with wide capitals, sturdy bracketed serifs and a dense, dark lowercase; the digits are equally massive. The overall colour is very black, as the name promises.

Its weight and slant suit headlines, posters, packaging and book-cover titles that need a confident, slightly old-fashioned voice in Latin or Cyrillic. In long text the black weight tires the eye, so reserve it for display use.
