About the font Jikharev Bold Italic:001.017

Jikharev Bold Italic (001.017) is a bold handwritten script that looks pen- or brush-written: the letters lean to the right, the capitals are broad with a confident sweep, and the lowercase joins in a quick, flowing line. It has Latin and Cyrillic, with a Russian set, and the figures follow the same slant. No designer is named in the data.

The mood is that of a personal note or a signature, warmer and more casual than formal copperplate. It suits greetings, shop signs, menus, short slogans, and captions on photos, at a medium or large size and in mixed case. Words in all capitals lose the flow of the joins, and long text in this script is tiring to read.
