About the font Freeport

Freeport is a casual, slanted brush-pen script with a bold, marker-like stroke. The capitals are tall and wide, drawn in one swing, and the lowercase flows in quick, mostly connected shapes with a clear forward lean. The stroke has a slight thick-and-thin variation like a flat felt tip, and the figures are upright and clear. A few symbols in the preview show up as empty boxes.

The tone is friendly and energetic, close to the lettering of a handwritten sign, a market stall or a cafe board. It suits menus, signs, packaging, flyers, short slogans and informal headings. In long text the slant and the strong stroke tire the eye, and the missing symbols mean it is safest for plain wording.
