About the font Freehand 591 BT

Freehand 591 BT is an informal handwriting script: a quick, upright-to-slightly-slanted pen hand with thin, fairly even strokes, small loops in letters like l, k and f and open, lightly curled capitals. The preview shows capitals, lowercase, figures and punctuation, with an empty square for one symbol; the BT in the name marks a Bitstream-style version, and it is Latin only.

The airy, personal rhythm recalls a note or a signature written with a fine pen, so it suits invitations, greeting cards, labels for handmade goods, short quotes and informal signs. The thin strokes weaken in small sizes and on busy backgrounds, so use a medium or large size and a short text.
