About the font Degrassi

Degrassi is a graffiti-style face by Ray Larabie, drawn as angular, blackletter-like capitals with a thin outline and a drop shadow that lifts them off the page. The shapes are jagged and slanted, with hooks and spikes, and the lowercase resembles the capitals. The preview also shows a partial set of punctuation, with gaps. It is listed among fonts for graffiti, art fonts fonts, with Latin letters only.

The street look suits skate and hip-hop graphics, posters, sticker-style packaging, flyers and urban brands. It works at a large size, in one or two words, on a plain or dark background, where the shadow reads. At small sizes the outline and shadow clutter, and strange angular forms make long lines tiring.
