About the font Cricket Bold

Cricket Bold is a heavy, slanted, technical sans-serif with squarish rounded forms and cut corners, as if drawn with a flat tool. The letters lean forward, the bowls are rectangular with softened edges, and the strokes have a firm, even weight. The lowercase and numerals follow the same engineered logic.

The forward motion suggests speed and precision, so it fits sports, motoring and technology branding, game and esports titles, banners, posters and product names. It is for short lines at large and medium sizes, since the heavy italic form becomes tiring in long text.
