About the font Cold Night for Alligators

Cold Night for Alligators is a horror display font by junkohanhero, with letters that appear to be dripping ink or blood: rough edges, splatters and long drips running down from each stroke. It covers the Latin alphabet, and some punctuation marks appear as plain boxes.

The effect is a creepy, handmade poster look, like a title scrawled in paint on a wall at night. Because the drips extend below the baseline, line spacing must be generous so the streaks do not collide with the next line, and the font reads best on a light background where the dark paint stands out.
