About the font Bricks

Bricks is an outline display face in which heavy geometric capitals and lowercase are filled with diagonal hatching, so every letter looks built from fine parallel stripes, like brickwork or engraved shading. The letter shapes underneath are bold and wide, with round bowls, and the figures and symbols carry the same stripe fill. No designer is named in the data.

The effect is graphic and a little retro, suited to posters, logos, packaging and short titles at a large size, where the hatching stays clean. It becomes a grey, vibrating texture at small sizes, and long text is tiring on the eyes, so use it for a few words on a plain background.
