About the font Bones Bummer

Bones Bummer is a grunge face by Damien Gosset that looks scrawled with a dry brush or a marker on rough paper. The strokes vary in thickness and fray at the ends, the letters jump up and down on the baseline, and capitals and lowercase are almost the same, with small ragged letters in the second line. The preview shows some symbols turned into doodles, including an encircled A.

The mood is punk, skate and underground zine: gig posters, band names, album covers, graffiti-style stickers and horror titles. It reads best in a few big words with plenty of space. In small sizes or long lines the ragged edges merge, and the shaky shapes make normal text tiring.
