About the font Bas Relief

Bas Relief is a heavy, block-style capital face whose letters look carved or embossed into a surface, with a solid drop shadow running down the right and bottom edges. The letterforms are tall, squared and condensed, with the lowercase using the same capital design, giving a stencil-cut, architectural feel.

Latin only. It evokes engraved stone, monument inscriptions and retro 3D signage, suited to poster headlines, film titles, shop signs and logos. The shadow needs a light background and a large size to show the relief effect.
