About the font AGBengaly Roman

AGBengaly Roman is the regular weight of a wide, flared roman with Cyrillic and Latin: broad capitals with small, wedge-shaped serifs, moderate contrast and a sturdy lowercase with open round letters. The figures are chunky and the "4" has an open top. It shares its drawing with the bold version, with a 1970s feel.

The mood is warm, a little retro and friendly, suiting book covers, magazine titles, posters, packaging and short texts at medium and large sizes. The wide letters need room, and in tight columns they take up much space.
