About the font AG_Cooper

AG_Cooper is a heavy, soft-serif display face in the style of Cooper Black, the typeface Oswald Cooper drew in 1922. Its fat round letters have gently swelling strokes, rounded serifs and tiny, almost smiling counters, and it keeps the same chubby character in Latin and Cyrillic.

Cooper Black was the voice of the 1920s advertisement and then of the 1970s again, when it appeared on album covers and posters. That dual history gives it a vintage, friendly warmth: the letters look as if they were modelled from soft clay, and large sizes make the generous curves most visible.
