About the font Adine Kirnberg

Adine Kirnberg is a very delicate copperplate script by Alexandra Gophmann, drawn with hairline strokes and generous looped capitals. The letters lean to the right, the lowercase joins in a thin, even line and the capitals carry tiny curls and flourishes at their tops. The set is modest, and in this preview many punctuation marks and symbols are missing and appear as empty boxes.

The lines are so thin that the face belongs at large sizes on a light background. It is made for wedding invitations, certificates, names on diplomas and elegant labels, and works best in short texts and in mixed case, because capitals alone lose the rhythm of the joins.
