About the font AcademyACTT

AcademyACTT is a light, gentle serif with Latin and Cyrillic, drawn with slightly flared stems and short, soft serifs instead of sharp ones. The capitals are classical and wide, and the lowercase is small and open, with a moderate x-height and a calm, even rhythm. The figures are slim and old-style in spirit, and the preview shows the full alphabet, figures and punctuation cleanly.

The tone is academic, cultured and understated, like a lecture programme, a diploma or a quiet book of essays. It suits certificates, invitations, programmes, captions, cultural posters and headings in a restrained voice, and works for short passages of text when the size is comfortable. The light weight lacks the strength for display use in bold layouts, so put it in situations where elegance matters more than impact.
