About the font a_ConceptoTitulOtl

a_ConceptoTitulOtl is an outlined techno sans with wide, squared letters and cut corners, drawn as a thin double contour with an empty inside. The capitals are broad and mechanical, and the lowercase repeats them in a slightly smaller size. Latin and Cyrillic are included.

Because it is hollow, it is a display face for large titles over solid or photo backgrounds: gaming and sport graphics, tech posters, logos and packaging. The thin outline disappears at small sizes, so avoid it for captions and running text.
