About the font 1 Vivaldi Bold

1 Vivaldi Bold is a lively, calligraphic script with a pronounced slant and long, flamboyant capitals whose crossbars and tails stretch across several letters. The lowercase is narrow and airy, and the figures and symbols follow the same sweep. Despite the Bold in the name, the line looks light and fine in this preview.

The style recalls the flourish of Vivaldi, the 1960s chancery-inspired display script, and has a festive, theatrical character. It fits concert posters, menus, invitations, champagne and perfume labels and event headings at large sizes, but the dense swashes make long text and all capitals difficult to read.
