About the font 1 Petunia M

1 Petunia M is a calligraphic humanist italic, written with a broad pen: the capitals are open and classical, the lowercase narrow and slanted with a lively pen rhythm and small flourishes on some letters. It has figures and a Cyrillic alphabet, and one stray accent glyph shows in the preview.

It feels cultured and handmade, between a manuscript and a book inscription, in the Handwritten category. It suits invitations, poetry, certificates, wine or craft labels, quotes and short headings at a medium or large size. At small sizes the narrow letters tighten, so long continuous text is better in a calmer face.
